Reminders will be sent to the manager for uncompleted tasks at 7 & 14 days. At 21 days, a notice will be sent to the Program Coordinator & at 30 days, the task will be sent to the system administrator.
Reminders
A Super Approver can decline a Soar recommendation. The Super Approver can approve a lower-level point award for a Soar, or approve a Fly award.
Super Approver Can Decline A Nomination
The Fly level award will be variable and range from 5,000 to 10,000 points; the Soar award level will still be discretionary with the point value ranging from 25,000 to 150,000.
Fly and Soar Point Award Changes
If a manager nominates a direct report for a Lift award, it will be directed to the manager’s manager. The manager’s manager can elevate to Fly or Soar.
