BUSINESS & SUPPORT SERVICES

Purchasing Methods CH • Adds language giving Superintendent authority to determine the purchasing method • NISD additions • Corrects title of executive director of purchasing and contract management • Clarifies scope of budgeted purchases requiring Board reports but not approval

Tax Abatements, Investments CCGB, CDA • CCGB • Removes unnecessary duplicate language found in other policy sections on Chapter 313 tax abatements • CDA • Updates terms on approved investments, per HB 2706
