PRESIDENT – DAVID LOANEY
President The President is responsible for the direction the chapter board takes and meeting the needs of the membership. Goals
- Create a positive EO experience for the membership
- Build a strong board that will help take the chapter
to the next level
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Stay up to date on EO Global initiatives
PRESIDENT-ELECT – DAVID ANDERSON
President-Elect The President-Elect is responsible for assisting the President and the board with the direction the chapter board takes and meeting the needs of the membership. This is designed as two year commitment. The second year this person would take over as the President. Goals
- Create a positive EO experience for the membership
- Build a strong board that will help take the chapter to
the next level
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Stay up to date on EO Global initiatives
MEMBERSHIP – ROBERT CLINKENBEARD
Membership Chair The Membership Chair is responsible for recruiting high quality individuals into the Chapter based on the Global criteria and ensuring member satisfaction. Goals
- Identify, educate and close potential members
- Establish a realistic new member goal and a strategy to achieve
it.
- Maintain awareness of member satisfaction and renewal
intentions
- Establish a process to integrate new members into the chapter
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Stay up to date on EO Global initiatives
- Liaise with Strategic Partners to obtain new member referrals
MEMBER INTEGRATION – JOSH SIMON
Member Integration Chair The Member Integration Chair’s responsibility is to provide a smooth transition for new members in to the chapter and also help with member interaction for all members. Goals
- Plan events to get members together
- Assign Navigators to new members
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Be available to all new members when needed
SPONSORSHIP – PAUL DEMBOW
Sponsorship Chair The Sponsorship Chair is responsible for the development
- f a chapter sponsorship program, for the recruitment of
approved sponsorship, and for the maintenance of those sponsors. Goals
- Generate sponsorship monies based on predetermined
amount set by the chapter board
- Build and nurture relationship with potential chapter
sponsors
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Stay up to date on Global initiatives
MENTORSHIP – JONATHAN ROSENBERG
Mentorship Chair The Mentorship Chair’s responsibility is to provide members the
- pportunity to work one-on-one with an older, experienced
business leader in a mentor relationship as part of a well-
- rganized and supported chapter program.
Goals
- Work closely with WPO (and other organizations) to
successfully match EO members with mentors
- Assist in setting up a Mentorship Training Program for
participants
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Stay up to date on Global initiatives
ACCELERATOR – DEREK GREENE
Accelerator Chair
The Accelerator Chair is responsible for overseeing the Accelerator Program to ensure it’s success. Goals
- Oversee the Accelerator Board
- Keep communications open with EO Board
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Ensure Accelerator members are graduating in to the
EO Chapter.
SOCIAL – MICHAEL HALVORSON
Social Chair
The Social Chair is responsible for scheduling, planning and coordinating social events and the Open event for the Chapter membership. Goals
- Build events calendar with social events
- Assist with marketing strategy for events to grow
member attendance
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Put on fun events for the chapter members
FORUM – OLIVER KELLER
Forum Chair The Forum Chair is responsible for the training and placement of new members into forum, and fostering optimum forum health. Mission is to build vitality and health within our chapter’s forums. Goals
- Ensure members are trained and placed within 90 days of joining EO
- Stay informed of chapter forum health and offer support to Forums
as needed
- Moderator engagement (hold quarterly Moderator dinners)
- Liaise with fellow board members (especially Membership & Member
Integration Chairs)
- Stay up to date on Global initiatives
- To ensure that every member wishing to participate has access to
the experience of Forum through training, placement and Moderator management. 96% of EO members are participating in Forum
FINANCE – JOHN BECK
Finance Chair The Finance Chair is responsible for all the financial aspects of running the chapter. Goals
- Create a realistic budget for the chapter
- Keep accurate and detailed records of accounts
receivable and accounts payable
- Stay up to date on EO Global initiatives
- Liaise with fellow board members
COMMUNITY OUTREACH – DAVID DODGE
Community Outreach Chair The Community Outreach Chair is responsible for creating relationships with the local universities and other
- rganizations and help to facilitate an internship program
and any other mutually beneficial activities and events. Goals
- Form relationships with local universities
- Establish internship program and oversee its success
- Liaise with fellow board members
- Ensure chapter members are aware of the benefits
- ffered to them by the various programs.
