successfully match EO members with mentors

  • Assist in setting up a Mentorship Training Program for

participants

Forum Chair The Forum Chair is responsible for the training and placement of new members into forum, and fostering optimum forum health. Mission is to build vitality and health within our chapter’s forums. Goals

  • Ensure members are trained and placed within 90 days of joining EO
  • Stay informed of chapter forum health and offer support to Forums

as needed

  • Moderator engagement (hold quarterly Moderator dinners)
  • Liaise with fellow board members (especially Membership & Member

Integration Chairs)

  • Stay up to date on Global initiatives
  • To ensure that every member wishing to participate has access to

the experience of Forum through training, placement and Moderator management. 96% of EO members are participating in Forum
