  4. Why? • LKS usage statistics identified non-clinical staff as ‘low users’ of the service.

  5. More why? • We also wanted to make more use and raise awareness of our current awareness service ‘Knowledge Pages’

  6. How? • Meeting with Health Informatics Service Director and Chairman

  7. At the Meeting… • Lack of understanding by HIS staff about what services the LKS provides. • A need for HIS staff to keep up to date with developments in informatics
