CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT Plans and builds for the Norwegian Armed Forces. AIR FORCE BASE Responsible for all planning and construction of the primary air force base on Ørland and the forward operating base on Evenes in connection with the Norwegian Armed Forces’ purchase of F-35 aircraft.
