CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT Plans and builds for the Norwegian Armed Forces. AIR FORCE BASE Responsible for all planning and construction of the primary air force base on Ørland and the forward operating base on Evenes in connection with the Norwegian Armed Forces’ purchase of F-35 aircraft. PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT Deals with all assignments to do with renting,
maintenance, cleaning and development of the customer’s properties, buildings and facilities. PROPERTY DISPOSAL AND SALES Sells, clears/ environmentally sanitises Norwegian Armed Forces property in accordance with the goals and guidelines of the Norwegian Parliament. Property disposal and sales also supplies consultancy services to other public sector bodies tasked with disposing of property. NATIONAL FORTIFICATION HERITAGE Administrates, lsafeguards and develops the national fortifications by breathing new life into historical sites. SPECIALIST ADVISORY A leading consultancy environment with expertise in protecting and securing buildings, research and development, defence sector- specific environmental challenges and legal advice. SHARED SERVICES Delivers auxiliary administrative services to all departments within the NDEA.
