Our Classification • Already at the beginning of the 18th century the finest wines of the estate were vinified in our „Cabinetkeller“ • These wines were some of the most precious wines of all times • The grapes originate from the best parcels of the very best vineyards • They get picked selectively by hand and the yeald is limited to 5.000 Liters / ha • Careful vinification in our Cabinetkeller to produce finest dry and noble sweet wines
Our Classification • „Crescentia“ (latin for growth) was used in Kloster Eberbach already in the 15th century as a term for fine single vineyard wines • The Cistercians of Eberbach laid the foundation for the unique portfolio of vineyard sites • The yield is limited to approx. 6.000 Liters / ha
