The CTFSN is the family support organization for
the CT Medical Home Initiative providing support to families and professionals.
We have 10 staff that do specialty coordination
related to;
- Early Dental Care
- Medical Home
- Transition
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Deaf/Hard of Hearing

CTFSN – A Central Point of Advocacy
21 support groups held across the state each
month.
Annual Trainings include but not limited to;
- Toilet Training
- One Voice Conference
- Summer Camps/Recreational Programs Training
Support Groups include but not limited to;
- Caring for the Caregiver
- Spanish Speaking
- Dad’s Night Out
- Autism Specific Groups
- Apraxia Support Group
- Open Play/Support
Reports are submitted to the CT Department of
Public Health.
