Facility Program Information – Life Enrichment

Belmont Village’s MBA Club builds on the findings of studies suggesting that a combination

  • f specially designed activities that engage our mind, body, and spirit contribute to a

healthy brain. The program combines four elements that work together to boost brain health: specifically designed mental activities, physical exercise, spiritual and creative pursuits, and nutritional guidance including a diet with designated “ brain foods” from our menu. Membership in the MBA Club is free of charge and open to our Independent and Assisted Living residents who want to maintain mental fitness. Membership includes:

  • Personal trainer to provide complete mental

fitness pre-assessment, establish personal goals, and track progress

  • Fitness workbook for storing goal sheets, class

materials and progress updates

  • Fun, supportive monthly meetings to share

experiences with other members, give encouragement, and receive feedback
