CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ELEMENTS
Two lanes of traffic open at all times on US 101 (except for certain nighttime activities) Do not close consecutive on-ramps/off-ramps Construction contract to include financial incentives to expedite temporary ramp closures Maintain access to residential and business areas during construction Maintain access for bikes and pedestrians as feasible
