PAL Planned Assistant Level USDA price per meal rate for SY2019 was 0.3425 cents x how many meals served=PAL In February the official USDA price per meal rate from the National Data Bank will be updated. PAL’s either go up or down.

Placing order tips

• The annual order becomes available early Spring. It’s crucial that

the annual order is completed.

• If you miss the deadline for placing your annual order for the whole

school year. The only items that would be available for you to order each month from the 1st-15th would be any extra USDA items still sitting the warehouse until they are gone.

Shipping Addresses

The email address should be an address that is accessed daily. The name under Refrigerate, Frozen or Dry is the name of the school not a persons name.

Once you schedule each individual item. Schedule changes to View Schedule. Submit your order. If it doesn’t allow you to submit your order make sure they all say View Schedule.

Each month from the 1st-15th starting in August you can order extra items if their is any available at that time. More extra items will show up once trucks start coming in throughout the year. You still have available PAL money left. You can also select if you want to reserve your items each month. At the end of April if you have not taking all your reserved items they will be dropped shipped to the schools in April .

Create/edit Each month 1st-15th, the create/edit will show up to do the monthly order. After the 15th of each month this changes to View

If you want all 3Cs. to be delivered next month you enter in 3. If want only 2 Cs. for next month you put 2 if you want none delivered next month you put 0. All 3 cases will roll over to each following month until spoken for. If don’t take your reserved cases by May then everything left
