Found we couldn’t maximize the weight in cars with changes to riser rules IDENTIFY LOADING NEED

30 Inch Risers to Block Incomplete Layers • Added freight cost for Verso due to not being able to maximize weight. • More time consuming for loaders due to loading multiple cars

Accepted to Trial by Committee • Worked with crews to document each shipment as it was loaded including photos and measurements. • Worked with consignee to have access to the facility to inspect cars and have the cars spotted when I was able to travel to the facility.
