Checklist • One page document that simplifies the program of study and allows the collegiate academy students to view their program status
Completion Plan • One page document that provides a recommended student schedule for ECHS students who transition to the college campus • Assists PSC with student scheduling • Provides student with visual of program completion
Degree Audit • One page form that documents student progress towards high school graduation and college degree requirements • Allows high school and college to understand student progress from both sides • HS counselor and PSC complete the form together
Crosswalk • A crosswalk lists the suggested high school and college course progression for the ECHS pathways • This document is used by high schools and colleges to plan student schedules
