Batch prescriptions are produced every 2 weeks and signed by Dr Toerien. They will be couriered to your pharmacy with a covering letter which includes: 1) Number of prescriptions enclosed 2) Names of the clients 3) Prescription serial numbers 3) The dates that the prescription covers Pharmacists are asked to check the following: • All prescriptions are correct and follow on • If there are any errors or you feel some prescriptions are missing Then to confirm that the prescriptions have been received either: • Sign & date the letter from CGL and fax back • Phone CGL and ask to speak to the members of staff detailed on the letter • In addition if you normally receive prescriptions by post from CGL each week and none have arrived, please contact us a.s.a.p.
