• 1. Forming

The manufactured metal hoses are produced using a method called mechanical forming and they are tested before being safely handled to the customers. We have 20 PC mechanical forming and 2 PC hydrostatic forming machines and welding machines; as a plant. All these machines have been engineered, designed and produced by Kuzuflex engineering team.

• 2. Braiding

We have 6 braiding machines, with the capacity to braid from DN06(1/4") until DN150 ( 6").

• 3. Assembly

Hoses are assembled according to the customer requests in the Fittings

• department. Special Cutting, Crimping, TIG Welding , Induction Welding,

Polishing, Ink-jet & Laser Marking and Packaging Machines We also have PVC Extruder, PVC Braid and Production Furnace for PVC for gas hoses

• 4. Machining

We produce all needed fittings parts with our machines for the fittings department in house with our 8 CNC machines for fitting lines.
