SLIDE 2 What is the goal of this study?
To determine the feasibility of expanding our existing research park into a mixed-use research district or neighborhood.
Why should you care?
If a Research Neighborhood is created, it will have several benefits to this community including:
- Diverse job creation (potential for >4000 jobs)
- New housing opportunities
- Community spaces
- Additional retail establishments
- Improved transportation infrastructure
Our study team will be working with the WCA to communicate, gain input, and collaborate with the westside communities throughout the study process.
