employees who join the PSA members between the date of settlement (29 Nov 2018) and the date of ratification.

TRANSITION TO STEP BASED SCALE

  • 1 July 2019 each salary band will be translated into

2% steps up to 111%.

  • Mid-point of all scales will increase by 1%
  • All employees translated to nearest step above their

  • Automatic stepped progression increases up to and

including 109%

  • ‘Outstanding performer’ rating will receive a 2% increase
