Accommodation University Flats

Accommodation placement by the university in a residential house with other students

  • Housing managed directly by the University of Otago
  • Kiwi Host System (At least one kiwi student in almost all of the flats)
  • Flats are located within the main neighbourhoods of local students who are privately

renting other flats (North Dunedin - largest population of under 25 year olds in NZ!)
