2019-2020 Goals • 1. Membership Engagement • 2. Increase Community Awareness • 3. Brand Rotary Regionally

Goal 1: Membership Engagement • Trying to get everyone into a committee • Better understanding of each other including business connections • Better usage of ClubRunner, externally and internally

Goal 2: Increase Community Awareness • Select and increase funding toward a meaningful Gateway Rotary Legacy project. • Increase revenues, with special focus on the BBB fundraising event. • Prioritize Rotary Foundation fundraising.

Goal 3: Brand Rotary Regionally • Increase public relations efforts to emphasize the great things Rotary and Gateway are doing. • Partner with regional clubs to increase impact of service activities and outreach. • Encourage ‘Rotary’ branding in our community that aligns with Gateway goals.
