  • According to our research , Filipinos don’t accept shame
  • E.g Most of Filipino ,if you ask anything they won’t say we don’t know they will try to help as much as they can, so

they won’t lose face

  • In some cases if Filipinos fail to live up to the accepted values of behavior they bring shame to themselves and their

family at large

  • Some Filipinos find it difficult to say "no," disagree, reject or be argumentative
  • Tends to use indirect communication to influence others.

Superstitious Beliefs of Filipinos

 Diseases and death will be in the family if the doors face west.  A mirror placed on the wall facing the main door of a house will deflect good luck that enters the house.  Sweeping the floor at night is bad luck because you will let your wealth goes away from you .  Woman’s favorite food during pregnancy will affect the physical appearances of her child.  Raining on New Year means wealth and a munificent harvest for the year.
