Using the designations in your marketing • The designations help to sell the destination – labels of quality in landscape, culture, trails, guides etc . • Currently developing a ‘visual’ for businesses to use • Can use the North Pennines AONB logo and words ‘UNESCO Global Geopark’ • Not possible to use the UNESCO ‘Temple’ logo • Geo-business ambassadors – part of new project

Using ‘Explore’, trails, events etc. • Familiarise yourself with ‘Explore’ • Make visitors aware of it • Keep a stock of trail leaflets, events programmes etc. – always available digitally
