VikingDome design and manufacture a geodesic geometry multi-purpose, fast assembly, temporary and permanent building constructions, structures. Different lengths of metal parts are connected with screws, ensuring strong and seismically stable aerodynamic construction. Construction frame are made from various types of pipes: stainless or galvanized steel, aluminium. Frame painting posibility with wide choice of desired colours. The temporary structure can be installed on all types of surfaces: asphalt, wooden terraces and elsewhere. It can be attached to the ground or surface with a help of anchors or weights. Permanent structure is attached to a concrete foundation or other solid surface.

Using pavilion in the cold winter or hot summer, we recommend additional insulation – thermo multilayer film. Thermo material is thin, lightweight, fire resistant, easy to install, does not reduce the space inside the pavilion. Easy to store, easy to apply and can be mounted on the frame at the top of the roof structure or inside. High coefficient of
Quattro insulation thermal resistance (R) is 5.7 K/W m2. Waterproof and protected from condensate. Warm and humid indoor air are not in contact with the cold outside air for two separated layers of air bubbles witch are not in contact with each other. For pavilion heating can be used convectional or IR heating system For frequent use in winter we recomend to use double tilt, to provide an additional heat resistance.

Structures and materials are selected by the assessment of snow and wind loads. The design documentation meets the Republic of Lithuania STR and EN requirements. We give 5 years warranty period for stationary operated structures. World practice shows that stationary operated tilt structures have long life – can serve without major repairs up to 20 years. According to the drawings and schemes our products can be easily assembled by yourself.
