ENKA, with its JV partner Bechtel, successfully completed the Sour Gas Processing and Injection Facilities for TCO with a manpower reaching 7,500 at peak with 85% local (Kazakh) content in November, 2000. During construction of SGP, ENKA has achieved 21,000,000 person-hours without LTI.

Sakhalin II Project, Onshore Processing Facility

The construction of OPF was one

  • f the most challenging projects

undertaken by ENKA due to the extreme climatic conditions, remote geographical location and lack of infrastructure of Sakhalin Island of Russian Federation. The Project was successfully com- pleted with 3,000 people at the peak reaching 60% local content at 29 Million man-hours and achieved more than 10,000,000 person-hours without LTI.

ENKA Culture and Arts collaborates with all of these entities to share appreciation for and develop interest and talent in the arts.

The ENKA Foundation was established in 1983 to uphold and advance the company’s core philosophy and cultural values: to advance the intellectual, physical, and spiritual development of human civilization. In 1996, ENKA Schools were founded on the same site in İstinye. To counter the devastation incurred in Adapazarı following the 1999 earthquake, ENKA Schools in Adapazarı was established that same year, giving that community much needed support. In 2008, ENKA Foundation launched two private schools in Kocaeli, ENKA Technical and Industrial Vocational School and ENKA Science and Technology High School.
