1. Make the decision to produce BD-R with HTL-

2. Get Equipment to produce BD-R 3. Get process package to produce BD-R 4x HTL 4. Obtain FLLA License for BD-R U$ 15.000,- for 5 years 5. Apply for your Disc MID code 6. Get your BD-R verified 7. BD-R production and royalty payment U$ cent 6.5 per disc 8. Get the BD-R disc and MID code accepted at the drive manufacturer
