  • Total length: 6.39 miles
  • Project Scope:

– Reconstruct and widen general purpose lanes from 6 to 8 lanes – Reconstruct “grandfathered” existing 2 reversible tolled managed lanes (no increase in capacity) – Reconstruct continuous frontage roads – Numerous intersection improvements

  • Design-build cost estimate: $600M
