SPSA Evaluation

  • School Site Council (SSC) annually evaluates the SPSA
  • The SPSA Evaluation will be for the 2016-2017 services

provided

  • This year this process will be done after the 2016-2017

school year ends when data is available to see if the School’s Measurable Objective was met

  • Required documentation will be SSC Agenda, Sign-ins,

minutes indicating SPSA evaluation was discussed, motion was made, and evaluation was approved

  • SPSA Evaluation Due no later than September 29, 2017

Goods Receipt

  • In order for goods and/or services to be

charged to Fiscal Year 2016-2017 the Goods Receipt must be done by June 30, 2017.

  • As a reminder Title I 7S046, 7E046, Core Waiver

7V744, QEIA 14310, EIA-LEP 7S536, and TSP do not carryover and if the Goods Receipt is done completed by June 30, 2017 you will have to use your General Fund to pay for those good/services.
