Why not extend at North Hinksey?

  • It will cost more than relocating to Kidlington
  • There are timing problems –
  • Securing planning permission has proved difficult,

we may not get all the additional office space and car spaces we need

  • Construction works will be disruptive and would

need to be phased to enable existing operations at DCH to continue

  • We are still left with an old inefficient high

maintenance building, much of which cannot be made “disabled friendly”
