Time and Place of Submission
- Proposals can be delivered in person here at Pier 1 or mailed to:

- Responses must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 18, 2018
Proposal Package
- Six (6) Copies of the Proposal
- One (1) Copy of the Billing Rates Schedule
- ONE (1) Copy of required CMD forms
- One (1) USB Drive with electronic copies of all documents
Environmental Review RFP: Minimum Qualifications
- Principals and firm must demonstrate four years or more of experience providing
environmental review services compliant with CEQA, including at least two projects
- Project team, including joint venture partners if applicable can demonstrate four years or
more of experience providing environmental review services compliant with CEQA, including at least two projects
- Respondent must be a certified vendor with the City and County of San Francisco or submit
the necessary documentation within ten (10) days after notice of intent to award
