Time and Place of Submission

• Proposals can be delivered in person here at Pier 1 or mailed to:

• Responses must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 18, 2018

Proposal Package

• Six (6) Copies of the Proposal
• One (1) Copy of the Billing Rates Schedule
• ONE (1) Copy of required CMD forms
• One (1) USB Drive with electronic copies of all documents

Environmental Review RFP: Minimum Qualifications

• Principals and firm must demonstrate four years or more of experience providing

environmental review services compliant with CEQA, including at least two projects

• Project team, including joint venture partners if applicable can demonstrate four years or

more of experience providing environmental review services compliant with CEQA, including at least two projects

• Respondent must be a certified vendor with the City and County of San Francisco or submit

the necessary documentation within ten (10) days after notice of intent to award
