Utility Diversion Update

• National Grid (Gas)
• All diversion works complete
• UK Power Networks (Electric)
• All diversion works complete
• British Telecom (Phone/Broadband)
• Diversion works 90% complete
• Target completion March 2016
• Thames Water (Sewer & Water)
• Condition surveys completed for existing infrastructure
• Sewer build over approval in principle received from Thames Water (Feb 16)
• Sewer build over agreement currently being progressed
• Mains water diversion works anticipated March 2016
• Virgin Media (Phone/Broadband)
• Enabling works complete (Duct installation)
• Licence requested from TFL for foot path works (New cabinet provision) – Currently awaited
• 3 Month customer notice period required prior to works commencing upon receipt of TFL licence
• Works completion anticipated June 2016

Anticipated Programme

Temporary Classroom Accommodation

• Additional temporary classroom required for 2016/17 academic year
• Additional classroom proposed on top of existing temporary classroom
• Planning application submitted 11/02/2016
• Planning determination anticipated end of April 2016

Playground Wall

• Request received from parents for removal of the low seating walls

located in the playground

• Wall’s built as part of 2011 refurbishment and now fall within the

listed building curtilage

• Informal advice seeked from LBHF Design & Conservation officer
• Initial feedback provided verbally implies that the walls can be

removed, however would require reinstatement upon completion of the new build works

• Written confirmation requested from planning officers prior to

removal works being undertaken

St Katherine's Church MUGA

• Application for permitted development submitted October 2016 to

LBHF planning department

• Additional information requested by LBHF Planning Xmas 2016
• Additional information provided as requested February 2016
• Feedback awaited from LBHF in relation to acceptance of additional

information

• Works presented to diocese board at the end of February 2016 to

commence consultation period (understood to be 8-12 weeks)

• Anticipated timeframe for commencing works June 2016
• New facilities likely to be available for 2016/17 academic year
