Group Agreements • In order to make our meeting run smoothly we have to have some group agreements. • Let the facilitator call on people to talk. Everyone will have a chance to say something. • Stay on the agenda item when you are asked to talk. • Don’t talk too much. • Use the chat feature if you have a question during a presentation. • Mute yourself if you are not the presenter. • Turn your camera off if you are going to walk around. • Anything else?
