What did we learn?
- Very diverse groups (students, housewifes, self employed, unemployed,
employees, retired ....)
- Younger than average workforce, almost 50% women
- High education level, broad knowledge
- Like the work, even microtasking requires a lot of skills

What we demand
- Enhance concepts of employee, employee-like person, homeworkers
- Minumum fees
- Right to organise in trade unions (<->cartel legislation)
- Social Insurance (obligatory contribution to pension fund, lower
minimum fees medical insurance ..)
- Right for trade unions to contact workers / access to platforms
- Transparency and portability of reputation (systems)
- If a company uses Crowdsourcing it has to be seen as a „change of
business“ (Betriebsänderung, §111 BetrVG) Political demands (in Germany)
