Overview of Step into Health Programme

  • The programme gives a pathway approach where Service

Leavers(SL) can come and have a look at the NHS and experience it through a very individualised work programme which is based on the person concerned and what they want to get out of it.

  • We offer an information day initially which offers the SL the
  • pportunity to come and look at the organisation.

The event combines opportunity to meet Ex-Armed Forces members working within the various departments of our Trust, who will share the experience of their transition and talk about the benefits available to Service Leavers as an HHFT employee.
