Our 5 priorities
Primary Care Networks
Andover Primary Care Network - Priorities
Integrated Urgent & Emergency Care
Our vision is to develop and implement an Andover Integrated Health and Well- being Hub by April 2021,
Hub that enables patients to gain access to diagnostics and treatment for both minor illness and injury within the Andover locality 2020/21 - Services will continue to run as usual so we can continue to work with providers and engage with local stakeholders to develop the future model, we will use the learning to make any immediate improvements to better meet the needs of the population wherever possible. This additional time will also allow us to consider how the three urgent care services can better align with wider service developments such as with Primary Care Networks.
