▪The purpose of the Hoel Avenue/Silverado Drive, STH 138, and Roby Road intersection improvements along US 51 is to provide a safe and efficient transportation system to serve present and long- term travel demand while minimizing disturbance to the environment.
▪Improve intersection safety (Roby Road has received HSIP funding) ▪Accommodate projected traffic volumes ▪Improve bicycle and pedestrian accommodations
