ALL illness, accidents and incidents (ie. Chemical spills, slips, trips and falls, cuts, bites, personal safety threats etc) need to be reported to – even ‘near misses’:

Risks and Hazards

Risk Assessments must be completed as per your supervisor’s instruction or before performing potentially hazardous tasks. Common areas, risk assessed in the school are:

ALL hazards (i.e. loose treads on stairs, electrical shorts etc.) need to be reported to:

  • Your supervisor
  • WHSC
