• 130 students (K-7) • 11 educators • Children are from the Gold River & Tsaxana communities • Focus on Teacher Inquiry and Collaboration

Ray Watkins Elementary School

• 85 students in grades 8 to 12 • Students are from Gold River & Tsaxana (First Nation Community • Tsaxana - Mowachaht/Muchalaht First Nation students comprise 35% of the school population • All students are very active in Nootka Sound Outdoor Program

Gold River Secondary School Gold River

TAHSIS

• 32 students K-12 • Located in Tahsis at the base of fjord • The school has a full size gym, shop and library. • Multigrade classrooms • Focus on experiential learning

Captain Meares Elementary Secondary School

• 40 students (K – 12) • New state of the art school • Partnership with local First Nations to provide culturally responsive education • Experiential Learning focus
