Systemic approach

Wikimploi – employment mechanism

1 2 3

People Spaces Work

Wikimploi combines three components: unemployed professionals, empty spaces and work. The work is reorganised, collaborative and competitive.

People

Wikimploi

Unemployed professionals with academic background are the first ones to join. They have the capacity to plan, envision and start new projects creating new activity for themselves and for the others. We go “brainpower first”. Examples: Google, Facebook, Apple, Xavier Niel, Citroën, Renault, Eiffel.

What work? Passionate, enthusiastic professionals do what they are best at (cf. the top of the pyramid). Different professionals work as ONE enterprise, not just in the same place, “give and get” culture, Open Collaboration (like in any company). Notice! 1000 persons in the library of Pompidou Center alone together. Work on a) One’s own already existing projects b) Creating new activity with other Wikimployees c) Join Wikimploi’s Grand Projects d) Reorganising dying/stagnating sectors e) Wikimploi PROs people upgrading and boosting their own branches

Work  Grand Projects

Wikimploi

The Grand Projects are dedicated to the abstraction shift of work – making all production and consumption more economical and ethical. Examples of Grand Projects include design and construction of new towns, restructuring local economies, renewing media and journalism, and reorganising global logistics.

Work  Startup culture renewal

Wikimploi

Juhani Risku, Outi Alapekkala 24.10.2014 Wikimploi Paris 2015

Wikimploi priorities and Startups. Wikimploi starts with envisioning and planning, then we organise the framework and resources for work and execute by starting our projects. When 10 000 Wikimployees gather to empty spaces in city centres everybody can create a startup. Wikimploi is an ideal environment for startups because everybody gets support and collaborative help from multiprofessional peers.
