 A traffic impact study was conducted in 2004  Lee Highway (Route 29) and Glebe Road (Route 120)

are owned and maintained by Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)

 Both are classified as principal arterials  Speed limits are 30 mph with the exception of Glebe Rd north

  • f Lee Hwy, where the speed limit is posted at 35 mph

 Average Daily Traffic Volume

  • Glebe Road carries approximately 18,000 vehicles per day (vpd)
  • Lee Highway carries approximately 22,000 vpd
