Business focused on natural resources sector with three operating divisions; Private Equity, Public Capital and Advisory. Public listing planned for 2017. Completed initial acquisition in 2014 with further acquisitions in 2015 and 2016. Acquisitions have increased overall offering and assets under management. The Private Equity division derives income from increases in value in the proprietary private equity portfolio.
