Team discussion: Process and formalities

The team chooses a confidant to speak for the whole team. The team meets without the supervisor prior to the team meeting and pick topics and proposed solutions.

The team confidant speaks to individual employees to find out if they prefer topics to be mentioned anonymously in front of the team / the supervisor. Joint team meeting between team, supervisor and confidant: Confidant provides examples representing the team’s feedback.

Solutions are agreed upon together. The supervisor provides team results to the team in advance.
